We are working with a leading global Real EstateInvestment Manager to hire a Senior Associate for their HousingTeam in Milan. This is an exciting hands-on role, focusing on thenew real estate development projects, as well as execution of newinvestment opportunities and asset management across residential,student accomodation and mixed-use developments sectors.Responsibilities: Development Management - Project developmentmanagement, including third-party relationship management -Ensuring project alignment with investment objectives, timelinesand budgets - Construction progress monitoring and quality controlInvestment - Sourcing, underwriting and execution of new housinginvestment opportunities - Preparation of financial models andsensitivity analyses - Post-acquisition asset management,performance monitoring and capex management Requirements: -Currently sitting as a Senior Associate (or equivalent) within anasset management, development or investment team of ahighly-regarded real estate fund - Proven experience in real estatedevelopment, investment, asset management processes - Extensivebackground and track record in the housing sector, includingstudent accommodation, residential and mixed-use properties -Strong technical background in financial modelling - Familiaritywith planning regulations, construction processes, and riskmanagement - Knowledge of English and Italianlanguages
