We are seeking a dynamic Functional Analyst to joinour team and play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting ourbrand-new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365) Cloud implementation,focusing on the critical modules. You will be at the forefront ofinnovation, leveraging the latest MS D365 technology to streamlineour business processes, optimize system performance, and implementpreventive measures to ensure smooth operations. Your expertisewill be instrumental in driving our business forward by identifyingareas for continuous improvement and collaborating withcross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.Responsibilities: - Optimize & Enhance Processes: Continuouslyanalyze and improve Manufacturing and Warehouse, driving efficiencyand alignment with business needs. Design and implement streamlinedprocesses, leveraging MS D365''s capabilities. - Resolve &Prevent Issues: Proactively identify, investigate, and resolvesystem issues, collaborating with technical teams. Implementcontrols and guardrails to prevent future issues and ensure dataintegrity. - Drive Performance & Innovation: Monitor systemperformance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.Stay current on MS D365 features, identifying opportunities toleverage new technologies. - Collaborate & Communicate: Workclosely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, providesupport, and ensure seamless integration. Write clear functionalspecifications outlining system requirements. - Configure &Test: Configure the MS D365 system to meet business needs. Executethorough testing to validate system functionality and identifyissues. Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Strong Analytical Skills:Ability to critically analyze complex business processes andtechnical issues, identify root causes, and develop effectivesolutions. - Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach toproblem-solving, with a willingness to dive deep into issues andfind creative solutions. - Excellent Communication Skills: Abilityto clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technicalstakeholders and build strong relationships with cross-functionalteams. - Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in acollaborative environment and enjoys working with others to achieveshared goals. - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologiesand changing business requirements, embracing a continuous learningmindset. Experience: - Five to eight years previous ERP analysis orERP software development experience. - Demonstrated understandingof ERP current technologies - Strong commitment to software quality- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills- Solid customer focus, teamwork, innovation, creativity, andrelationship building - Bachelor''s degree required in InformationTechnology, Business Administration, or a related field. -Experience with at least 1 module (Finance, Sales & Marketingor Logistic- Purchasing-Warehouse, or Planning & Production orBasic data) - Business Process Improvement: Proven experience inanalyzing and improving business processes, with a focus onefficiency and effectiveness. - Technical Aptitude: Familiaritywith Microsoft D365 configuration, data analysis, andtroubleshooting techniques. - Project Management: Experienceparticipating in or leading ERP implementation or upgrade projectsis a plus.
