We are looking for a Buying Assistant/Junior Buyer to join our team inMilan.

You''ll take care ofthefashionand beautycategories.

Its a role in international and fast-growing environment - your proactivity, attention to details and problem solving will help you to succeed in this position.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• sourceand secure a suitable range of products forour Customers
• negotiate the best possible prices and conditions of trade
• oversee and take accountability forpurchase orders
• ensureCustomershaveall product informationand certificationbeforeeach delivery
• work with theSalesteam to ensure productavailabilityand sales are maximised
• work withSales teamto review product performance, plan and grow thesales
• work closely with Logistics team to guarantee on time deliveries, quality control andthe return to supplierprocess, ensuring stock is returned promptly
• meet with suppliers to reviewbrand/product performance and develop newopportunities, ensuring products comply withM-Duo Internationals long-term objectives and quality standards
• develop supplier relationships, keeping up to date with new trends and competitor activity
• negotiate vendor contracts and ensure they are executed promptly.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Degree in economics or equivalent
• 1+ of experience asbuying assistant/junior buyer
• Preferably previous experience in fashion/home textiles/cosmeticscategories
• Experienceinvendor negotiation
• English: fluent
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoftoffice(especially Excel)

Salary package: 24-34K based on experience + bonus
