As part of our renewables business, C&I Solutionsspecializes in helping commercial and industrial clients transitionto sustainable energy through customized, scalable solutions. Ourteam works with businesses to implement comprehensive renewableenergy systems - from solar installations and wind turbines to EVcharging infrastructure - while ensuring minimal disruption totheir operations and maximum return on investment. To develop thenew activities Bess and EMS, we are hiring a seasoned EnergySolution Specialist to support Virya Energy''s growth in Europe(notably Belgium, France and Poland). You will contribute to thedevelopment by transforming complex energy data into actionableinsights and concrete designs for commercial clients. These includesolar PV, onshore wind, EV charging infrastructure, batterystorage, and energy optimization solutions. Main tasks andresponsibilities: System Design and Sizing: Analyze the energyneeds of industrial clients. Design and size PV and energystorage systems. Select suitable equipment. Develop single linediagrams and layout plans. Economic and Financial Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies for PV and storage projects. Calculate economic gains and develop financial models. InnovativeEnergy Solutions: Monitor new technologies and marketdevelopments. Evaluate and compare energy offerings. Conductfeasibility studies. Technical Support and Client Relations: Provide technical support to the sales team. Present technicalsolutions to clients. Develop technical and financial offers.Project Monitoring and Collaboration: Collaborate with internalteams for successful project execution. Monitor projects andresolve technical issues. Engineering degree in Energy,Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in designing and sizing energy systems, with strongtechnical knowledge of PV systems and battery storage technologies. Proficiency in energy modelling and sizing tools, with theability to perform economic and financial analyses. Goodunderstanding of electricity market mechanisms and grid services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact withboth technical and non-technical stakeholders. Autonomy, rigor,initiative, and ability to work in a team.
