For a company in Oudenaarde, we are looking for a team leader.
As a working team leader, you have the following responsibilities:
** You ensure that the required production schedule is followed and also participate in the work.
** You supply individual workstations on the line and transport finished materials with a forklift.
** You train new employees.
** You collaborate with the supervisor to propose and implement efficiency improvements.
** You conduct checks on your line.
** You perform small administrative tasks.
** You report to the supervisor.
ProfielYour strengths:
** You already have initial experience leading a team.
** You value structured work.
** You have a forklift certificate.
** You are proficient with computers
** Ideally, you have completed a technical education
** You have a good understanding of Polish and English (Knowledge of Dutch is a plus)
