Mangias Resorts is looking for a General Manager to join the operational team of Management. The role offers the opportunity to work directly in one of our prestigious properties, contributing to the success of the experiences offered to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrate visionary leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and dedication among the team.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 consecutive years as a Hotel General Manager in an international chain.
- Proven experience in Upper Upscale or luxury hotel settings above 150 rooms.
- Strong financial acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Upselling skills.
- Dedication to delivering an unparalleled experience to guests.
