Make your mark for sustainable growth.Your RoleThe Infrastructure Manager in Italy is responsible for planning and delivering Facilities & Fleet Management, Security Management, SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), and Sustainability initiatives. This role includes people leadership, representing the department in the local Executive Committee and European Leadership, and reporting on KPIs, including ESG reporting. Key responsibilities include:Leading a team of over 10 employees across infrastructure services such as Facilities & Fleet, Security, SHE, and Sustainability.Initiating and managing local projects within approved budgets.Overseeing standards, policies, and guidelines implementation.Building strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities, regulators, suppliers, and professional associations.Implementing global and regional strategic projects locally.Promoting excellence and expertise in infrastructure services.Coordinating responses to high-impact events like emergencies, crises, and threats.Participating in external networks relevant to infrastructure management.Your SkillsA Master''s degree or higher is required.Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, SHE, Security, Risk Management, or related projects.Leadership experience, sound judgment, analytical skills, proactive engagement, autonomy, and resilience.Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Italian.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.At Henkel, we celebrate diversity and believe that the uniqueness of our employees is our strength.
