Additional language beneficial Scope ofthe role: The overall scope of the job includes serving food andbeverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing a courteous,professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with thestandards of the hotel and in line with Kempinskis DNA values inorder to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction. All rules& regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel includinghotels policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulationsincluding HACCP. Main Responsabilities: Report to duty punctuallywearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed includingappropriate shoes (polished) and nametag at all times according tothe hotels dress code & Kempinski grooming standards,maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene atall times. A courteous, professional and efficient service isprovided at all times. All duties and tasks are performed as perthe tasks required at the outlet. Be knowledgeable of allservices and products offered by the hotel. Have a thoroughknowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offeredby the department assigned. Ensure that the place of work andsurrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times. Handleguest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reportguest complaints and feedback to supervisors. Report guestcomplaints immediately to the supervisors and ensuring follow up isperformed with the guest. Understand and strictly adhere to therules & regulations established in the hotels policy manualand the hotels policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety. Undertake reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by theDepartment Head. Perform any other assigned reasonable duties andresponsibilities as assigned. Project at all times a positive andmotivated attitude and exercise self-control. Additionalresponsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according tothe needs of the business and of the hotel.
