Whatyou will do: - Represent leading yacht brands in the region,managing the full sales process from initial contact to dealclosure; - Build and maintain relationships with clients,shipyards, and key industry stakeholders; - Conduct detailedconsultations to understand client needs and match them with themost suitable yachts; - Coordinate yacht visits, sea trials, andnegotiations; - Collaborate with our marketing team to generateleads and enhance brand visibility; - Stay informed about markettrends, new models, and competitor activity; - Attend boat shows,client events, and other industry gatherings as needed. What weexpect from you: - Proven experience in yacht sales, charter,shipyard or dealership environments; - Strong knowledge of yachtsand the luxury marine industry; - Fluent English (spoken andwritten); additional languages are a plus; - Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills; - Professional,self-motivated, and highly organized; - Bareboat skipper license orany yacht captain license (or a hand-on crew experience) is a plus- Based in the EU or UAE with the ability to work independently ina remote setup.
