Drive product innovation and impact the Life Insurance business through collaborative projects within a vast network connecting major financial insurance hubs including Germany, Luxembourg, and Ireland.Key Responsibilities:Manage all tasks related to envisioning, developing, launching, and maintaining viable services or product offerings.Develop strategies for successful product offerings.Provide ongoing analysis of product governance.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are aligned with Deutsche Bank''s standards, valued by clients, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.Manage Life Insurance Product governance and support local offering improvements and integration of Private protection solutions for IPB clients.Handle Target market management, monitoring, and periodic regulatory checks and reports.Maintain relationships with life insurance partners and manage distribution and collaboration agreements aligned with bank strategy.Advise Client Advisors on life insurance products and liaise with DB Front and Middle Office as the Life Insurance point of contact.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and control functions.Skills and Experience:Knowledge of the Italian and international life insurance markets.
