The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of service commitment, be a strong team player, possess excellent verbal and organizational skills, attention to detail, concentration, and adaptability to a dynamic environment.The Sales Coordinator will work closely with Sales Leadership and report to the Divisional Director of Sales.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Support the team with administrative tasks.Organize hotel site tours and stays.Assist in preparing VIP stays.Maintain organized and up-to-date team folders and reference materials.Create and update sales activities in the property management system.Support the PST and SESO teams with information and reports on the competitive set.Collaborate with the PST Sales, BCO, and SESO teams, and coordinate with global Travel Trade Supporters and BCO teams.Coordinate and prepare WHO agreements.Update information on Consetria Agreements and websites regularly.Participate in and complete monthly reports.Respond to client inquiries about Belmond Southern Europe hotel facilities and services.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of hotel sales or front office experience as a Supervisor or Assistant FOM in a luxury hotel.Ability to create, adjust, and work with budgets; interpret business publications, journals, procedures, or regulations.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Fluent spoken and written English and Italian; ability to present information effectively to managers, employees, and vendors.Excellent teamwork skills.Full-year contract.Complimentary stays through the Belmond Discovering Programme.#J-18808-Ljbffr
