The position is based in Anversa, Belgium.Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision: Monitor installation activities, safety, and progress of work.Workforce Coordination: Interface with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project adherence and timelines.Supply Management: Verify correct delivery of materials and equipment according to technical specifications.Documentation Management: Prepare site reports, progress statements (SAL), and record activities performed.Client Relations: Update on project progress and manage any critical issues.Requirements:At least 10 years of experience managing construction sites in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably with industrial insulation experience.Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or related disciplines.Basic knowledge of project management tools and technical drawing software.Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work on-site in Anversa, Belgium.Offer:Contract: P.Iva or Co.Co.Co., 1-year duration, extendable for another year.Location: Anversa, Belgium.IMS Srl values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
