The Position
- Seeking candidates for future openings nationwide.
- Responsible for business development and client retention.
- Generate and develop new skilled nursing facility contracts to meet goals.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and work agreements.
- Track work through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Participate in business/trade events.
- Promote company programs and services within the territory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The Location
This is a remote position involving a combination of field days and home office days. Requires overnight travel and the candidate must reside within the territory.
Minimum Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license with a clean record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and plan travel efficiently.
- Attention to detail and quality control.

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage territory and travel daily with overnight stays.
