We are currently looking for a Finance Analyst in our Italy office. The ideal candidate should have strong academic track record with demonstrated interest in corporate strategy, corporate finance, and real estate.
Responsibilities
- Invoice Management: Accurately record invoices for both the management and holding company
- Payment Preparation: Efficiently prepare payments for operational expenses (opex), capital expenditures (capex), and taxes to be sent to the treasury
- Support Documentation: Create detailed support files for the Headquarter, including working capital, capex and opex details, and tax reports
- Financial Assistance: Provide ongoing support to the Headquarter in various financial activities
- Audit Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with the auditing firm and external advisors to ensure compliance and accuracy
Key Competences Required
- Bachelors degree in business administration
- 2 years of experience in Big4
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially MS Excel
- SAP knowledge
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of English, spoken and written
