You will support cross-functional teams in Agile practices, ensuring efficient collaboration, transparency, and delivery of high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master (3+ years preferred), ideally in the banking or financial services sector.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including mobile and web application development.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and tools. SAFe knowledge will be an additional asset.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies effectively.
• Proficiency in English at a strongly conversational level (C1).
• Flexibility to work on Sundays and holidays, aligning with client working hours (SundayThursday workweek in Saudi Arabia).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with clients in the Persian Gulf region.
• Familiarity with banking processes, digital products, or customer journey design.
• Previous exposure to enterprise environments or large-scale Agile rollouts.
