Your Mission
As GTM Strategy&Sales Lead, you''ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders and executive team to define, prioritize, and execute on THEKERs most critical strategic initiatives.
This is not a passive role. Its an opportunity to be a force-multiplier, ensuring alignment across the company, pushing execution velocity, and building foundational processes that help THEKER scale with precision. Expect to own strategy, build systems, lead cross-functional projects, and support with everything from go-to-market development to robot deployment.
What Youll Be Driving
1. GTM Architecture & Experimentation
- Develop segmentation, ICP definition, pricing strategy and channel mix.
- Own the GTM experimentation backlog, design hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyse results, apply learnings.
- Formalise playbooks (qualification criteria, valuebased proposals, pilottorollout paths) that scale across geographies and verticals.
2. Enterprise Sales Execution
- Personally originate, negotiate and close highvalue contracts in robotics, industrial automation.
- Build reference customers, ensuring conversion to production rollouts with strong ARR.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast with precision.
3. CrossFunctional Leadership
- Partner with Product, DeploymentOps and CustomerSuccess to guarantee frictionless handoffs from sale to implementation.
- Feed structured market intelligence back into Engineering and Product Management for roadmap prioritisation.
- Establish knowledgesharing frameworks so every customer interaction compounds THEKERs learning.
4. Culture & Organisational Building
- Model a biastoaction, experimentdriven mindset, celebrating learnings as much as wins.
- Hire, mentor and levelup future GTM teammates while fostering humility and high ownership.
- Codify rituals that align commercial, technical and operational teams around a unified mission.
Youll Likely Excel Here If
- Selfstarter with high energy. A go-get-it person.
- Passion for iterating GTM strategy and running experiments.
- Proven salesperson in robotics or highly technical SaaS (e.g., MongoDB, Snowflake, etc).
- 57years of experience.
- Humble

- Exposure to B2B enterprise sales or industrial deployments.
- Technical literacy in robotics, AI/ML, or embedded systems (e.g., you dont need to code, but you should be able to hold your own in a technical convo)
