As a Linux/Unix Administrator, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, supporting the company's large-scale IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high availability and security of Unix systems, managing virtualized environments, and overseeing patch management to maintain system reliability. This position involves collaborating with a skilled team in a dynamic environment to enhance operational efficiency and meet the demands of a fast-paced online banking platform. Monitor and manage IP protocols to optimize network performance A degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Electronics At least 3 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator in a large organization (1,000+ users)Strong expertise with Unix systems (including Linux/RHEL, AIX) and high availability setups In-depth knowledge of server and application virtualization technologies Proficiency in scripting languages for automation, especially shell scripting Competence with MS Word, Excel, and Access at an intermediate user level Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
