If the idea of identifying exceptional chefs, proposing innovative course ideas, and actively contributing to their onboarding at the leading online culinary education platform excites you... then this is the opportunity for you!As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Culinary Professionals, your mission will be clear: to identify, recruit, and build lasting relationships with top international culinary talent, with a primary focus on English-speaking chefs (especially in the United States). You will play a key role in driving the global growth and consolidation of the Scoolinary platform. About ScoolinaryAt Scoolinary, we are revolutionizing the way people learn to cook. We offer over 350 online courses created by top chefs and industry experts, all accessible anytime, anywhere through our flexible subscription model.Our international team, based in Argentina, Spain, and Peru, drives our continuous growth. As a certified B-Corp company, we combine culinary passion and innovation with a strong social commitment. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pre-screen potential instructors for Scoolinary.Propose themes and concepts for new courses.Lead the recruitment process for new instructors, including negotiation and contract signing.Define course titles and structure.Provide support during the course pre-production phase.Create course briefs and content outlines.Support the Talent Team in managing relationships with instructors (e.G., continuous relationship improvement, networking events, chef dinners) Ideal Candidate ProfileUniversity degree in Communications, Public Relations, Culinary Arts, Marketing, or a related field.At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the culinary industry.Native-level English or at least 10 years of residence in an English-speaking country.Strong proficiency in Spanish.Knowledge of additional European languages (Italian, French, German) is a plus.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.Familiarity with the U.S. or Anglo-Saxon culinary sector.Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and self-driven.Basic understanding of legal environments (contracts).Proficiency with G Suite, Slack, and Trello.
