As our new SCA Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers and partners through Crayon Groups framework. Your role will involve assessing customer needs to determine maturity levels, enhancing visibility and governance around license costs, and optimizing software spending. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes, delivering tailored solutions in Maturity Assessments, Governance, and Software Audit support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic consultancy services, including software governance, and audit support
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for customers and partners throughout service delivery
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to customer stakeholders
- Act as a Subject-Matter Expert in Software Licensing and Agreements (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, etc.), offering guidance and best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, identifying risks and optimization opportunities in software estates
Your Competencies:
- 4+ years of experience in consulting within the IT industry
- Expertise in ITAM solutions
- In-depth, preferably certified, licensing knowledge of major software vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, etc.)
- Higher education or postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Computer Engineering, Business Intelligence, or related fields
