The role involves ensuring proper and efficient management of the company''s accounting, financial, and economic activities, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual norms regarding personnel and fiscal matters. The candidate will support management in data preparation and analysis for management control and internal financial process optimization. Responsibilities also include preparing scenarios for budgets, forecasts, and actuals, and developing and updating reports.Main activities include:Systematic reporting of critical issues encountered during activities, proposing solutions for resolution and efficiency.Accurate and timely management of administrative and accounting procedures for the accounts payable and receivable cycle.Preparation of general accounting entries (journal entries, assets, accruals, deferrals, payroll).Managing treasury activities, including quarterly cash flow preparation.Supporting analysis and control of accounting entries (reconciliations).Cost analysis, highlighting critical issues, and providing tailored solutions.Producing reports to support management control.Participating in the preparation of annual budgets and investment plans for specific projects.Collaborating on monthly financial reporting and annual statutory financial statements.Coordinating with auditors, statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other company functions.Requirements:Degree in economics or related field and/or equivalent diploma, with at least 5 years of experience in a company preferred.Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.Proficiency in Excel, good knowledge of ERP management software (preferably SAP/INFOR LN), familiarity with business intelligence tools.Teamwork orientation, precision, proactivity, flexibility.Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.Workplace: TriesteWe offer: Direct employment contract with the client company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
