eCommerce Experience Consultant The LVMH Group Omnichannel Teams mission is to support the Maisons in the development and acceleration of their omnichannel capabilities. Part of Omnichannel & Data department, the eCommerce Experience Consultant reports to the eCommerce Experience Senior Manager and supports the Group, Divisions and Maisons on defined projects and initiatives aiming at delivering best-in-class eCommerce and Brand experiences online. Main initiatives include checkout, payment & fraud, gifting, conversational commerce. Missions: Manage/support specific projects: Define project objectives, methodology, measurement, stakeholders and run implementation/rollout successfully (e.g. POC, new solution, new user journey) Collaborate with Group Teams (Ecommerce, Omnichannel, Data, IT, Finance, Regional, etc), Maisons HQs and external strategic partners. Engage and align all stakeholders. Deliver operational assets for each project (tools, research, playbooks, guidelines) and build communication plans to share these materials. Act as subject matter expert on key initiatives and support to build a Group approach: Identify challenges and opportunities. Track market trends, best practices, clients insights and innovations. Build benchmarks, maturity/ performance assessment grids and audits. Onboard and animate communities of Maisons around key priorities Contribute to relevant events and forums on owned subjects Background and required skills: ~ Masters degree in business, or equivalent working experience. ~7+ years of experience working in Digital & eCommerce experience in luxury/premium retail sector ~ Hands-on, doer, operational experience with end-to-end eCommerce ~ Tracked record in designing, implementing & rolling out solutions at scale, with a role of Product Owner or Manager, working in agile methodology. ~ Strong knowledge of eCommerce systems and value chain, including good knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. ~ Experience in navigating complex organizations, with cross-functional teams and putting in place a rigorous project governance ~ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build relationships with all stakeholders ~ Strong team spirit ~ Full proficiency in English
