We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst tojoin our team. The successful candidate will be responsible foranalysing business requirements, designing functionalspecifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams toensure successful system implementation. Your role Analyse businessrequirements to develop functional specifications Collaborate withcross-functional teams to identify system design options Developand maintain documentation for functional specifications, usecases, and process flows Facilitate meetings and workshops withcross-functional teams to elicit requirements and gather feedbackProvide guidance and support to business units during systemimplementation and training Work with developers and qualityassurance teams to ensure that systems meet functional requirementsDevelop and maintain test scripts to validate system functionalityMonitor system performance and provide feedback on systemeffectiveness Develop and maintain documentation for businessprocesses and system configurations Your profile Bachelor''s degreein business, computer science, or a related field 3 years ofexperience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similarrole Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify businessrequirements and translate them into functional specificationsProficiency with UML, user stories and technical writing Excellentcommunicator with the ability to translate business requirementsinto actionable user stories Proven capabilities in project anduser-testing management Good knowledge of Confluence and JiraExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch andEnglish Strong organizational and time management skills Ability towork independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAttention to detail and a focus on accuracy Experience with Agileand Waterfall methodologies is a plus Our offer A personalizedsalary package: we know that everyone has different needs, so youhave the chance to supplement your salary with benefits that youneed most today.
