We''re looking for a freelance Functional Analyst to join a corporate client of ours in the food division, located in the Brussels area.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs related to business processes, work methods, IT systems, food safety, and traceability.
- Evaluate the current situation, engage with end-users and process owners, and provide expert solutions.
- Conduct analyses to uncover both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and test new systems and processes.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation to ensure stakeholders and end-users can implement solutions effectively.
- Provide advisory and guidance during implementation, acting as a key resource throughout the process.
- Participate in support operations, handling incoming incidents, particularly complex cases.
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a production or supply chain environment
- Experience in food production is a significant advantage
- Functional knowledge of ERP and MES systems
- Experience with ERP implementation projects
- Strong soft skills and the ability to challenge ideas when necessary
- Fluency in English
