KEY ACCOUNT - PLANNER SITE Eleprint Srl Montevecchia(LC) DEPARTMENT General services JOB SUMMARY: The candidate will beresponsible for providing comprehensive and integrated support tostrategic customers in the electronics sector. The role involvesmanaging customer relationships, coordinating activities withsuppliers, especially international ones, and ensuring smoothlogistical and commercial flows. The individual will be involved inorder management, pre- and post-sales assistance, and the proactivedevelopment of tailored solutions to meet customer needs. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and support existing strategiccustomers, maintaining the customer portfolio and handlingplanning, shipments, and forecasts. - Provide administrative andlogistical support, handling offers, sales documentation, andarchiving. - Coordinate order management with suppliers,particularly those from the Far East, including planning shipmentsand managing logistics. - Collaborate in the management of materialreceipt, sales order entry, and sales invoice issuance. - Prepareshipping notices for couriers and manage customs clearance forinternational shipments. - Prepare commercial offers for customers,working closely with internal teams. - Handle the reception of themain office switchboard and provide daily operational support. -Issue waste management forms in compliance with company andenvironmental regulations. REQUIREMENTS: - Previous experience in asimilar role, preferably in the electronics sector or ininternational business environments. - Proficiency in English, bothspoken and written, to communicate effectively with customers andinternational suppliers. - Skills in order management,international shipments, and logistics. - Strong problem-solvingabilities and a proactive approach to developing solutions forcustomer issues. - Excellent organizational skills and timemanagement, with a strong team-oriented mindset. - Basic knowledgeof administrative processes and company document management. -Precision, attention to detail, and a strong customerorientation.
