What you''ll do As a Manager Data Consultant , youll lead client engagements that drive real-world impact. From strategy to implementation, youll shape data solutions that help financial services organisations make smarter, faster, and more responsible decisions. Co-create data strategies aligned with client goals and long-term success Design and deliver transformation projects using technologies like data lakes, scalable platforms, and AI solutions Ensure high standards of data governance, quality, and regulatory compliance Mentor and empower a multidisciplinary team of analysts and data strategists Translate complex data into actionable insights using tools like SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, and Spotfire Work closely with clients to advise, guide, and support them at every step of their data journey Your strengths Were looking for passionate, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in fast-changing environments: A Masters degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g. Information Management, Data Science, Business Analytics) At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, AI, or consulting A collaborative, solution-focused mindset Professional-level Dutch fluency required (spoken and written) A drive to grow others while delivering results Whats in It for you We believe great work happens when youre supported, trusted, and encouraged to grow.
