To reinforce our teams, we are looking for anexperienced Service Desk agentspeakingFrench and English,
Your main responsibilities:
- Mainly in the financial field, you will haveto adapt yourselfto different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
- Involvement in customer projectswill also be expected.
- More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed:
- Support onnetworkinfrastructure,
- Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,
- Monitoringcritical systems,
- Participation toinfrastructure impro
Your profile:
- You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like :Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...
- Fluent in French and English
- Open-mindedness and readinessto work in a multicultural environment.
- Strongteam spirit and customer orientation.
- Very important: given the24/7 serviceprovided to customers,availability to work nights and weekendsis required.
- ITIL certificationwould be a valuable asset.
