CORE WORK ACTIVITIES andRESPONSIBILITIES - Implementing goods receipt /issue procedures -Receive detailed and accurate information when goods arrive at theHotel, then carefully check and record the quantity and conditionof goods when moving out of the warehouse. - Check goodsreceipt/issue requisition documents under regulations to ensurequality goods and deliver to the right object to avoid confusion. -Receive delivery documents, make goods issue requests, and saveinformation on the management system. - Responsible for arrangingneat and clean locations and premises to receive goods in aconvenient, fast, and time-saving way when there is information ongoods receipt. - Ensure that the goods receipt and issue processdoes not damage the goods. - Record specifically the goods receivednote and goods delivery note to list the quantity of the goods. -Track the number of goods receipted/issued each day and comparewith the minimum norm to maintain warehouse efficiency. Trackinginventory - Keep track of minimum inventory and stock counts forthe day. - Ensure that the goods always have a reasonable minimuminventory level in case departments unexpectedly request a largequantity of goods or there are damaged goods during transportation.Others - Make a purchase requisition form according to plan. - Makegoods purchasing and issue procedures. - Follow up the goodsreceipt process, speed up purchasing, to ensure good storeperformance, and provide essential materials for the productionprocess. - Strictly complying with regulations on fire prevention -Ability to adapt quickly to the working environment - Good teamworkskills Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
