Job Description:
be one solutions is a global SAP Partner with HQ in Switzerland and 21 subsidiaries around the world, specializing in SAP Business One implementation and support for large accounts worldwide. We are rollout experts helping businesses of all sizes take their SAP implementation to the next level!
This role will work with our clients, vendors and team members around the world on a variety of legal issues, including commercial, compliance, and operations. The person in this role will be overseeing important cross-functional legal matters in order to protect the company and enhance its legal processes.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements and other legal documents with clients, vendors, subcontractors and team members.
- Creating and maintaining contract database and life cycle tracking.
- Creating, updating and controlling legal and compliance policies.
- Supporting various departments in the company worldwide, such as sales, operations, marketing, human resources and others.
- Developing, implementing and enforcing legal processes and procedures.
Requirements and qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of commercial law experience.
- Proven experience as in-house legal counsel for international companies.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including experience with agreements related to software and professional services.
- Experience in independently managing complex processes as well as collaborating within a team in a fast-paced international business environment.
Qualification:
- Law degree from an accredited institution or equivalent legal qualifications.
- Mandatory: Fluency in English.
- Advantage: Fluency in another language (such as German, Portuguese, French, etc.).
Personal Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and work under pressure.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills, resourceful and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Highly independent, responsive, and proactive.
- Maintain high-performance standards when under pressure.
Working Conditions:
- Home office position (work in European time-zone)
- Work from Monday to Friday
- Work as part of a global multi-cultural team
