Global Mobility Specialist Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Manage and coordinate international relocations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Provide expert advice on global mobility policies, procedures, and best practices. Support the development and implementation of global mobility strategies and programs. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of mobility processes. Assist in the preparation and review of relocation-related documentation, including contracts, tax filings, and immigration paperwork, working closely with external vendors. Maintain accurate records and databases related to global mobility activities. Address employee inquiries and provide support throughout the relocation lifecycle. For this role as a Global Mobility Specialist, were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Global Mobility, preferably within a corporate or advisory firm setting. Strong knowledge of global mobility practices, policies, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in an international, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Optional Experience working in an international organization. Certifications in Global Mobility (e.G., GMS, CRP). Knowledge of Dutch immigration and tax regulations will be considered a strong asset.
