Chief Product Officer
Job Overview
The Chief Product Officer will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of IWGs global product portfolio, with a focus on accelerating revenue growth and expanding the auxiliary services business. This role calls for a strategic and forward-thinking leader who can align cross-functional teams, enhance customer value, and push innovation to build on the companys success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product department, consisting of multiple verticals, generating +$500m revenue annually.
- Develop and communicate compelling product visions and ensure long-term strategies are aligned with wider organizational goals.
- Lead key investment and project prioritization decisions in collaboration with the Executive Board and group CEO.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch, ensuring products deliver exceptional customer value.
- Lead a high-performing product management team across different locations globally while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in the coworking sector to maintain competitive advantage.
- Represent the companys product vision externally with customers and partners, and while advocating for customer needs internally.
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to refine strategies and inform decision-making across all stages of the product lifecycle.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing global teams and fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
- Expertise in developing and executing long-term product strategies that align with business goals and have transformative character.
- Deep understanding of customer insights, data analytics, and market research to inform decision-making.
- Proven ability to oversee complex product portfolios and successfully launch and scale new offerings.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence on C-level.
- Experience representing product vision externally with partners, customers, and key industry stakeholders.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
