As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled VMware Infrastructure Consultant to reinforce our infrastructure operations team. The consultant will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical activities, including incident resolution, client request handling, and proactive infrastructure support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert-level support for VMware-based environments, ensuring high availability and performance.Manage and troubleshoot virtualization platforms and related infrastructure components.Handle client requests and incident tickets with professionalism and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve IaaS architecture.Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.Technical RequirementsProven expertise in VMware technologies, including:vSphere 8vCloud Director 10.5 / 10.6NSX-V and NSX-TvSANvRealize Log Insight (vRLI)vRealize Operations (vROps)Strong understanding of IaaS architecture: compute, storage, networking, and security.Hands-on experience with Cisco UCS B/C series servers and UCS Manager.Familiarity with other hardware vendors is considered a plus.Candidate Profile:Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills in both French and English.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
