The ideal candidate will play a key role in themanagement, development, and evolutionof our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, driving process optimization and digital transformation across the business. This is a cross-functional role with strong collaboration across all departments to ensure the CRM becomes a strategic enabler for company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and continuously evolve theMicrosoft Dynamics 365platform.Collect and analyze business requirements to design effectivecustom solutions .Implementprocess automations and customizationsusing Power Platform tools.Providetechnical supportto users and ensure system performance and reliability.Collaborate withexternal partners and consultantswhen needed.Optimize and enhanceCRM processes and workflows , especially in theB2B service module .Createtechnical documentationand supportinternal training initiatives .Requirements3+ years of experienceworking with Microsoft Dynamics 365.Solid knowledge ofcustomization of forms, data structures, and entities .Experience withPower Platform tools : Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.Ability totranslate business requirements into technical solutions .Knowledge ofMicrosoft SQL Server ; familiarity withAzureis a plus.Experience managingend-to-end CRM projects .Strongteamwork , problem-solving mindset, and aproactive attitude .Englishlanguage skills is considered a plus.Are you the right person for this role?
