We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (full-time) with most work from home possible.Qualifications and knowledgeStudies in business economics, industrial engineering, robotics, or automation, or appropriate vocational training with over 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably with distributors.Experience in industrial automation, solution/project sales involving technical products.Strong understanding of value proposition to end-users.Business acumen applicable at different decision-making levels, from senior management to technical support.Effective communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.Duties and responsibilitiesDevelop and implement a regional sales strategy.Manage sales goals and quotes in the assigned territory.Identify new sales opportunities and introduce them to local robot distributors.Drive KPIs and action plans to meet annual targets.Develop countermeasures to stay on budget if behind.Manage opportunity funnel, forecasting, and action plans.Qualify sales leads and ensure a solid sales pipeline with distributors.Participate in joint visits with distributor sales reps to end-users and integrators.Represent the company at tradeshows and professional events.Maintain knowledge of competitive products and market activity.Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.What could be offeredRespect and appreciation at all times.Flexibility in work location and hours.Possibility of home office and remote work.Opportunity to create your own sales channel and contribute ideas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
