The position of Serendip Concierge is to providefirst-class customer service to all clients at all times. Theprimary responsibility is to provide client support, be thatface-to-face, on the telephone, or via email, and to ensure thatall the clients'' needs are met and their expectations exceeded. First-class handling of all client enquiries To provide a warmprofessional welcome to all clients and assist them with the startof their spa experience and the closing of their treatment, whilstconsistently ensuring the service they receive is five-starquality, and in the customers preferred language when possible Fully service the opening and closing of the Spa and to bepunctual, reliable and responsible to ensure that procedures forboth of these operational tasks are completed in a timely andaccurate fashion To schedule appointments for all spa treatmentsand assist clients in selecting spa services and retail (use of CRMsystem) Be knowledgeable of technical and standard operatingprocedures for the position including cash handling, credit card,invoicing and gift certificate and subscription policies andprocedures. To accurately deal with client payments both fortreatments and product purchases and to manage the closing of thedaily cash sheets on your individual shift To ensure that theworking area and public areas of the Spa are kept pristine at alltimes and to assist in facilitating this. To be flexible withwork schedules to assist in ensuring the Spa remains operationalduring busy holiday periods, staff sickness and events to maximizesales and customer expectations. Be positive and proactive toresolve potential issues that arise thus ensuring the smoothrunning of the reception and sales areas.
