ZTE Central East Europe Region is seeking to recruit the position of:
Optical Distribution Network(ODN) Product Director
Location: Central and East Europe Countries, such as Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary and Austria, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the sales teams and ZTE HQ team to support Optical Distribution Network(ODN) business development in Central and Eastern Europe Region.
- Understanding of competition, market situation, etc. Building on in-depth knowledge & understanding of Optical Distribution Network(ODN) requirement in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective ODN products that are aligned with the customers'' demands.
- Act as a ODN technical specialist, help our R&D build up our products and solution together with HQ to deliver highly suitable and available products to customers.
- Deliver presentations about our ODN products and solution; Lead to respond RFPs and RFIs related to ODN; Lead the technical clarification and help make BOQ for customer.
- Coordinate and organize marketing activities to promote our ODN solution, such as workshops, telecom events, PoC testing etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master degree in a technology field.
- More than 3 years experience on Optical Distribution Network projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Optical Distribution Network(ODN).
- Deep understanding of telecom market in Central and Eastern Europe, and successful business development experience is preferred.
- Excellent presales skills, such as to find business lead, develop opportunity, sort out the sales path, communication and presentation etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent.
