We expect to triple our workforce within the next years and reach an international leader position in independent consulting.Your RoleAmaris is looking for an HRIS lead (M/W) for its final-customer, a big group in the hospitality sector in Geneva.The HRIS project team is already composed of one PMO and one Data Analyst.In the context of the implementation of Oracle HCM through a population of more than 20.000 employees, the HRIS Test and Train Lead would have to define and put in place the best test strategy and design and deliver training materials for HR/Line managers/IT teams.Main missions:- Testing activities: Define test strategy, test plan, test cases, test scripts, UAT, documentation, issues management- Training activities: Create training materials (classroom, videos tutorials, webinars), deliver the trainings, train the trainer, ensure user acceptance**Profile**Graduated from HR/IT/management with at least 2 years of experience in HRIS projects (testing and training activities) and Oracle HCM (mandatory)Strong communication skills as well as a problem-solving mindset**Totally fluent in English (mandatory) + 1 other language (German is an asset)****Practical information**- Date: February/March 2017
