Jobomschrijving The companyis growing, in Belgium, Germany and internationally, which is whytoday they are looking for someone to manage clients relationshipsand work on several projects for their development from theBrussels office. In a nutshell: - You are the first point ofcontact for the clients, answering their questions, maximisingtheir satisfaction and acting as a brand ambassador to prospectsand existing clients in BtoC and BtoB - You work with your team todevelop the activities with pillars such as brand image, customerjourney and strong brand experience - You work closely with alldepartments (Marketing, Logistics, etc.), bringing importantinformation internally to be heard and used in the growingstrategy.
