Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head of Data to oversee a variety of data-driven projects. This individual will be responsible for leading technical teams, managing end-to-end data processes, and delivering impactful solutions through advanced analysis and modelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple data-driven projects, providing technical guidance and support to teams.
- Own the full data lifecycle from sourcing to analysis and the creation of advanced models.
- Design, develop, and implement data solutions that address key business challenges.
- Use technical skills (Python, SQL, BI tools) to deliver actionable insights and drive data-related innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data solutions align with business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality results.
- Continuously improve data processes and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a hands-on technical role involving large-scale data management.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of business processes and how to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of solving difficult data-related challenges.
- Experience in leading teams or managing people in a technical capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
