In a few words:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Go-to-Market Manager to lead the planning and execution of product launches and market entry strategies for our smartphone portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer electronics, market dynamics, and retail/distribution ecosystems. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to shelf, driving adoption and revenue growth.
Your Challenge
Go To Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for smartphone launches (Spanish market), including product positioning, pricing, distribution, and marketing plans.
- Manage product lifecycle, monitor sales and define effective price promotion plans to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and retailers to drive sales and market penetration.
- Analyze sales progress (market share, pricing) and sales success (sales vs. budget, performance KPIs,project performance, profitability)
- Act as the primary point of contact for all cross-functional teams involved in the launch of new products and ensure a succesful on-time launch with hight level of quality.
- Assist to GTM Director in the daily activities of the team becoming the perfect stand-in when needed.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, product management, sales, marketing, logistics and after-sales to ensure alignment and efficient launch execution.
- Led regular meetings across internal stakeholders, holding members for accountable for their tasks and keep key milestones on schedule.
Product Management:
- Define USP (Unique Selling Points) and detailed specs reasonably and creatively considering new technologies, competition and consumer insight.
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging to effectively communicate product benefits to target customers.
- Translate and adapt several product assets like datasheets, sales handouts, websites, brochures ensuring accuracy clarity and brand consistency.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand the marketing goals and ensure translations align with overall strategies.
Product Marketing:
- Define USP (Unique Selling Points) and detailed specs reasonably and creatively considering new technologies, competition and consumer insight.
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging to effectively communicate product benefits to target customers.

Your Profile includes:
- Excellent communication skills to convey a compelling product story to different kind of audicences.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, several projects simultaneously and different teams working across complex products whilst delivering value.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
