You will manage the installation projects of Charging stations for Electric Vehicles in Italy and collaborate with our international Global team.Become an expert in installing EV charging equipment for private and corporate clients.Build trusting relationships and support our installation partners.Master our software tools for workflow management and stay updated on the latest charging equipment.Manage installers, dispatch projects, and oversee their progress, handling complex projects directly.Pre-sales: analyze power systems, brief installation partners, and prepare technical and economic proposals.Post-sales: oversee purchases, supply of equipment, support installation partners, and monitor installations and customer interactions.Participate in cross-functional and international projects to enhance ChargeGurus effectiveness in Italy and Europe.Your profile?Ideally, you have:An engineering degree (bachelor or master), preferably in ELECTRICAL engineering. Alternatively, a diploma from Technical Institutes (diploma di perito industriale) plus at least one year of experience in electrical design.Experience in electrical installations or similar fields (e.g., TLC installations). Knowledge of EV charging standards is a plus.Good command of English. French or Spanish skills are a bonus.Preferred but not essential:Knowledge of EV charging standards and regulations.Basic project management skills.A proactive attitude towards challenges in a fast-growing, lean organization.Organized, rigorous, autonomous, with a start-up mindset.Strong relationship-building skills, ability to communicate effectively with partners and foster trust.Interest in the automotive market, electric vehicles, and the Energy Transition.Willingness to learn quickly and dedication to quality work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
