Within the Procurement Department ofNextChem spa, this role has the responsibility to procure Servicesrelated to the following Indirect categories: - EngineeringServices - General Services (Canteen, Car Fleet, Car Rental Travel,Security, Cleaning, Hotels, Office Supplies) - HR (Training &Recruitment Services) - ICT (Hardware, Software, Fixed & MobileTelecommunications) - Expediting & Inspection Services -Associations & Events - Communication and Marketing activities- Utilities Main Responsibilities: - Preparation of bidder lists -Organize and run tenders leveraging also e-Procurement System -Economic and contractual negotiation of contracts and associatedcontracts terms and conditions - Perform Economical Bid Evaluationand propose awarding - Secure compliance with internal proceduresand protocols - Identify and propose cost savings / processimprovement opportunities also through constant interfacing withGroup Companies Required Skills: - 4/5 years of Purchasingexperience for categories in scope - Experience in operating ininternational challenging environment - Experience in-end-to endtender management (RFx Process). E-procurement systems knowledge isa plus. - Experience in prepare and execute negotiation withsuppliers both on costs and contracts Terms & Conditions -Experience in contract preparation - Ability to interface andmanage Internal Stakeholders - Ability to manage multiplepriorities - Problem solving skills and ability to resolveconflicting situations - Strong written and verbal communicationskills in the English language - Team player with ability to buildand maintain internal and external relationships - Good computerskills, proficient with MS Office applications and SAP -Availability to travel for short period in Italy and abroad.Education: University Degree in Business & Economics orEngineering is a plus Work Location: Rome
