Based in FRANCE. We have a fantastic new opportunityfor a creative and energetic Operations Manager to help us grow anddevelop our portfolio of typical English pubs and restaurants.. Inyour role you will support 10 Pubs across the country including thefollowing cities: Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyon, La Rochelle, Paris,Lille, Reims, Strasbourg, and Montpellier. Reporting to theOperations Director, you will need to be people orientated and havea passion for truly motivating, inspiring, and leading your teams.With particular focus on driving revenue, guest satisfaction andservice delivery, your overall accountability will be for drivingthe brand strategy in all elements of the business, setting usapart from the competition as both a preferred employer anddestination to have a drink. Through ongoing critiquing offinancial KPIs, you will be expected to take ownership for theprofitability of all sites and with the support of our marketingteam prompting actions to maximise sales growth wherever possible.This role will naturally suit an operator from a wet-ledhospitality customer centric background. You will be required to beout in trade 4 days p/w. The ideal candidate must: -Have hadexposure in overseeing multiple sites within hospitality or retail.-Possess exceptional commercial acumen - constantly aware ofcompetitors and how to take -advantage across multi revenuestreams. -Be able to demonstrate previous success in driving guestsatisfaction through service standards delivery. -Be able todisplay outstanding leadership skills, emphasising a hands-onmanagerial presence as required. -Possess high attention to detailand exceptional organisational ability. -Speak English and Frenchfluently -Have a creative and entrepreneurial flair and an appetitefor success in driving a business forward.
