Working closely with our restaurant and barteams, you will deliver impeccable service. Your day to day: - Leada specific section within our dining area, ensuring smooth andefficient service. - Inspire and motivate your commis and runnersto consistently achieve high standards throughout service. - Be theprimary point of contact for guest requests, resolving thempromptly and professionally. - Promote and upsell our food andbeverage offerings while taking orders and closing bills in yourdesignated area. - Maintain the cleanliness of your designateddining area to meet company standards, always creating a welcomingatmosphere. - Inform the Restaurant Manager of any issues to ensurequick and effective resolution. - Excel in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment where quality and guest satisfaction are toppriorities. Who are you? - At least 2 years experience in casualdining restaurant or similar environment will be beneficial. -Excellent Customer service and communication skills. - Ability tohandle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism. -Availability to work evenings and weekends.
