Position: DevOps / SRE Team Lead Contract Type: Full-time We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Lead to join a global infrastructure team supporting large-scale software delivery projects. In this hybrid role, based in either Warsaw or Krakw, you will oversee both the technical development and team leadership aspects of embedded SRE initiatives. You'll play a key part in driving technology transformation and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of complex systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies while shaping the performance and growth of a dedicated engineering team. Lead a team of SRE engineers by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and supporting career growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals. Contribute technically to infrastructure architecture, service design, and automation. Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and AWS. Identify opportunities for tooling and process improvement within the DevOps and software delivery domains. 6+ years of professional experience in DevOps or SRE roles. ~1+ year of experience in a technical leadership or team management role. ~ Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). ~ Bash, Python). ~ Proficient in working in Linux-based environments. ~ Understanding of network protocols and security best practices. ~ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. ~ Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Broader background in software engineering, including architecture and infrastructure. Prior involvement in cloud-native transformations or delivery standardization projects.
