About the job: As Commercial Disputes Manager Benelux, you are the star when it comes to resolving commercial disputes. You are part of the back office team of Versuni, known for their air fryers and coffee machines. At Versuni, its all about creating a true feeling of home something more than 6,000 employees work on every day. Together with four colleagues, you handle disputes and manage ten different countries from the Amsterdam office. Its your responsibility to ensure that outstanding invoices with questions or uncertainties are handled quickly and carefully from the first report to the final resolution. You work closely with colleagues from various departments and countries. A selection of your tasks: You manage the entire dispute process for customers in the Benelux. You make sure every report ends up with the right person. You investigate claims and decide whether they are (partially) approved or rejected. You clearly inform customers about the outcome. You monitor deadlines, follow up on open cases, and ensure timely resolution. You create summaries and reports for management. You contribute ideas for structural process improvements. You support the administrative handling of disputes, such as credit notes and outstanding receivables. What we offer: A monthly salary between 4,200 4,500 gross based on 40 hours, scaled depending on experience and knowledge. A one-year contract for 40 hours per week, with a possibility of extension. 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance paid out each May, and pension contributions.
