Nexeo is currently looking for a Financial Reporting Officer for a leading financial institution in Brussels.

Financial Reporting Officer Main responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret key financial performance (profitability, solvency, liquidity)
- Prepare quarterly analytical reports with year-on-year and budget comparisons
- Stay updated with IFRS and Belgian GAAP standards
- Provide advice on accounting for new products and transactions
- Inform the finance team about accounting changes (newsletters, presentations)
- Represent the company in external accounting and prudential committees
Profile:
- Masters in business, economics, engineering, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in IFRS and prudential reporting
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (CRD, CRR, BRRD)

- Strong analytical and communication skills
