You will develop a leading-edge Supply Chaincapability to help shape and inform the strategy and executionacross Production, Planning, Logistics and Manufacturing channelsglobally. Building an effective Supply Chain and implementation ofERP systems. The Supply Chain Consultant in Technology will beresponsible for: - Lead project delivery of ERP and otherapplication systems solutions including any configuration,customisations, and integrations working with internal teams andexternal vendors. - Take ownership of defining the technologyroadmap, working with the relevant stakeholders to identifyopportunities for any system improvements. - Create a strongbusiness relationship with the Supply Chain and Manufacturing teamsto ensure delivery against the roadmap and business objectives. -Lead implementation projects for the Supply Chain function frominception through to delivery covering Production & Planning,Logistics & Manufacturing. - Provide subject matter expertiseon ERP system and recommend best practices for Supply Chainprocesses. The Supply Chain Consultant in Technology will ideallyhave the following experience: - Extensive IT Business Partneringor Project Management experience gained in Enterprise-scale,International environments in major FMCG or Retail companies,allied sectors, or IT consultancy. - Proven in managing complex,global technology projects in line with ITIL methodologies acrossSupply Chain and ERP Solutions (MS Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP). -Experience working across different Supply Chain tools andprocesses including Production, Planning, Logistics andManufacturing, MRP, MES, SCM, IBP, APO, WMS, EWM, TMS, OTM, TM,Inventory Management, Order Management, Demand Forecasting,S&OP, Sales & Operations, VMI, DRP, PLM, LeanManufacturing, MTO, MTS, ETO, Industry 4.0, 4IR, MS Dynamics, SAP.Not all of these are required but exposure to a few would bebeneficial to the role. - Ability to operate effectively in afast-paced, matrixed, global organisation and drive Ecommercebusiness value realisation from the data and technology roadmap. -Proven working experience working on Supply Chain processes with agood knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MicrosoftDynamics, and their functionalities in the Supply Chain domain knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is considered a plus. - Strongproject management skills, with the ability to manage multiplepriorities and deliver high-quality results.
