We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive person to join our team for the position of IT Support Consultant. This role requires a keen ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly, implement effective solutions, and provide expert advice to enhance overall IT performance. The duties include being a point of contact for IT related questions at the end-user level and responding to their needs in a timely manner.
Hybrid work model is possible but candidate needs to be located in Warsaw.
responsibilities :
Install, configure and support hardware and software assets, printers, and phones
Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone/online channel)
Repair and replace equipment if necessary.
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Set up accounts for new users
Document support procedures, technical configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing.
requirements-expected :
At least 2 years of experience in IT
Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems, up to date with latest technologies and trends. Experience with Linux is a plus
Experience with Intune
Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and diagnose technical issues efficiently
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn
Openness to business travel
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
