You will serve as a strategic partnerfor the business, driving the planning and implementation ofdigital solutions to maximize value. Your key responsibilitiesinclude: Lead and manage the product or capability team,consisting of product owners, developers, testers and solutionarchitects within your tribe/domain. Define and manage a visionand roadmap based on stakeholder input, balancing short-termdeliverables with long-term strategy. Align with business TribeLeads and Epic Owners to refine capabilities into prioritizedfeatures and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders. Support stakeholder involvement in backlog prioritization andconsolidate business requirements. Ensure collaboration insideand outside the tribe , collaborate with other Solution Managers oncross-dependencies and ensure continuous improvements by sharingbest practices. Demand & capacity management: provideinsights and reporting to the involved stakeholders, includingfinancials and capacity vs. demand. Product portfolio management: interact with Tribe Architect to align on value stream evolutionand to understand the key properties and changes to technologicassets. With the PO, PM and the architect, determine best way towork with tech restriction and tech opportunities. Qualityassurance : manage compliancy with IT standards (architecture,security, data, ...) with product owner, program manager and otherinvolved stakeholders Jouw profiel We do not only deliver lettersand parcels, but also opportunities. This job is open to all withdiverse backgrounds and talents, possessing the following skills: Strong organizational skills with a pragmatic and coachingapproach. Proven track record of at least 10 years in ICT programmanagement with 5+ years of experience in Agile Methodology. Entrepreneurial drive with a focus on results and the ability toanticipate future needs. Thought leadership and strategicthinking with an agile mindset. Excellent communication skills inEnglish and proficiency in at least one of the local languages(NL/FR). Technical knowledge in agile tools such as Jira,Confluence, Miro, and an affinity with IT.
