Who are we looking for?
An experienced Senior Sales Specialist with a strong background in orthopedics and traumatology and an active client portfolio (this is essential). We seek someone strategic, passionate about healthcare, highly autonomous, and exceptionally organized. A high level of English and full availability to travel are key to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and promote our innovative orthopedic product to healthcare professionals.
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients.
- Organize and execute sales visits independently and effectively.
- Represent the company in national and international meetings, congresses, and events.
- Provide valuable market feedback to help the technical team refine the product.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in orthopedics and/or traumatology.
- Active client portfolio (hospitals, clinics, orthopedic and trauma specialists).
- High English proficiency (C1/C2) frequent meetings and presentations in English.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across Spain and abroad.

Un/a comercial senior con experiencia slida en ortopedia y traumatologa, y una cartera activa de clientes (imprescindible). Buscamos a alguien con visin estratgica, pasin por la salud, autonoma y gran capacidad organizativa. Este puesto requiere un nivel alto de ingls y disponibilidad total para viajar.
Responsabilidades:
- Presentar y posicionar nuestro producto innovador ante profesionales del sector.
- Gestionar y ampliar la cartera de clientes existentes.
- Planificar visitas de forma autnoma y estratgica.
- Representar a la empresa en reuniones, ferias y eventos a nivel nacional e internacional.
- Ofrecer feedback al equipo tcnico para mejorar el producto segn necesidades del mercado.
Requisitos imprescindibles:
- Mnimo 5 aos de experiencia en ventas en ortopedia y/o traumatologa.
- Cartera de clientes activa (hospitales, clnicas, traumatlogos, etc.).
- Ingls alto (C1/C2) reuniones y presentaciones frecuentes en el idioma.
- Autonoma, habilidades de comunicacin y orientacin a resultados.
- Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente.
